Refund & Participation Policy – 90 Day Health Transformation Program
Please read this policy carefully before enrolling. By purchasing this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms mentioned below.
Our Weight Loss Guarantee
We guarantee weight loss of up to 15 kg during the program period, provided the participant follows the program continuously and with full compliance.
This is a conditional guarantee, not an unconditional refund promise.
Pause Policy (Very Important)
We understand that personal situations may arise. Therefore:
Pauses are allowed in the program. However, pausing at any point—regardless of the reason—permanently voids all refund eligibility.
Once a pause is taken, no refund can be requested or claimed under any circumstances, even if the program later resumes.
Pauses are provided only as a convenience and do not protect or extend refund rights.
Refund Eligibility (Strict Conditions)
A refund will be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met:
-The participant completes 90 consecutive active days with zero pauses
-The participant follows the program with 100% compliance, including:
-Daily food pictures shared without fail
-Food pictures shared strictly in the format provided
-Timely check-ins and adherence to all instructions
-There is no measurable weight loss despite full compliance
❌ If any one of the above conditions is not met, no refund will be issued.
Mandatory Participation & Compliance Rules
To remain eligible for the guarantee, the participant must:
1. Share Daily Food Pictures- Food pictures must be shared every day. Missing even a single required entry = non-compliance
2. Follow the Shared Format- Food pictures must be shared exactly as instructed. Incorrect format = non-compliance
3. Follow All Protocols- Meal plans, lifestyle guidelines, and activity instructions must be followed. Any deviation without approval = non-compliance
What Immediately Voids Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is permanently forfeited if the participant:
-Takes any pause in the program
-Misses food picture submissions
-Shares food pictures in the wrong format
-Skips check-ins or instructions
-Is inconsistent at any stage
-Fails to disclose medical conditions during onboarding
Important Disclaimer
Weight loss outcomes vary based on individual biology, lifestyle, and consistency. We guarantee our system, guidance, and support, but not identical results for every individual. Final responsibility for results lies with the participant
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
By enrolling, the participant agrees:
-Not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
-That this policy may be used as evidence in dispute resolution
-That non-compliance or pauses automatically nullify refund rights
Final Agreement
By completing the payment and enrolling in the program, the participant confirms that:
-They understand that pause = no refund
-They accept the conditional nature of the guarantee
-They agree to all participation and compliance rules stated above
